Authorization is processed when the order is placed, and the payment is finalized in accordance with BASE’s payment processing system.

PAY ID Pay Later – Convenience Store Payment:
After your bill is finalized, payment must be made at a convenience store between the 1st and 10th of the applicable month.
Payment fee: JPY 350 (tax included) per bill
Depending on the shipping date, billing may occur in the second month following your order.
PAY ID Pay Later – Bank Account Debit:
The amount will be automatically debited from your registered bank account on the 27th of each month.
If the 27th falls on a non-business day, the debit will be processed on the next business day.

Convenience Store / Pay-easy:
Please complete payment within 5 days of placing your order.
If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a return, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the condition of the item. After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions regarding the appropriate return, exchange, or refund.
If a return or exchange is required due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item for which our shop is responsible, we will cover the associated return shipping costs for both domestic and international orders.
As our products are made to order, returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference—including incorrect size or color selection, change of mind, ordering errors, or differences in personal expectations—are generally not accepted. However, where mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer's country or region provide additional cancellation, return, refund, or other rights, those rights will apply.
For international returns, please contact us before shipping the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Items that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or affected by odors after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item was defective upon arrival.
Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges incurred during international delivery are generally non-refundable by our shop. Please contact your local customs authority or relevant agency regarding any possible refund of these charges.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, prolonged absence, refusal of delivery, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and reshipping costs.

海外から返品される場合は、商品を返送する前に必ず当ショップへご連絡ください。事前のご連絡なく返送された商品は、返品をお受けできない場合があります。
一度使用・洗濯された商品、お客様のもとで汚れ・傷・におい等が生じた商品については、商品到着時の不良を除き、返品・交換をお受けできません。
海外配送時に発生した関税・輸入税・通関手数料・その他の費用は、原則として当ショップからの返金対象外となります。これらの費用の返金可否については、お客様ご自身で現地の税関・関係機関へご確認ください。
住所の入力間違い、長期不在、受取拒否等のお客様都合により商品が返送された場合、返送料および再発送にかかる送料をご負担いただく場合があります。
